Current priorities

What still needs to be done

Items marked High priority are next in the restoration queue. Items marked Testing are installed but still need normal-player confirmation, while Planned items require additional server work.

01Complete • 1,691/1,691

Merchant inventory repair

Ten guarded repair packs corrected all 1,691 missing live shop slots. Exact source matches and verified aliases were used where available; unrecoverable orphan references were resolved only when a functional server-supported replacement or proven removal was available.

  • Zero live merchant slots now reference a missing item template
  • Every applied pack has a full database backup and row-level rollback
  • Normal-player purchase testing remains useful across affected regions
02Live • testing

Loot class and realm restrictions

The cross-realm Atlas ROG fix is live: generated item realm now follows the randomly selected class instead of the group leader. All 37 previously stored Atlas ROG items passed the same audit.

  • The tested cumulative binary and complete rollback materials are backed up
  • No persistent mismatched item rows currently require repair
  • Equip-test new drops in mixed-realm groups
03Live • player test

Oversized trainer-window packets

The oversized Grok name list now splits into protocol-safe packets without removing or reordering skills. A Shaman follow-up found that Coercion of the Deep reused Minor Emendation's tooltip ID; the live database now gives Coercion its own unique delve identity.

  • Coercion remains the correct level-45 group melee damage add; only its conflicting tooltip identity changed
  • The original row, guarded migration, maintained source correction, and rollback are backed up
  • The corrected data and packet fix loaded during the September 10 restart; verify Coercion's tooltip, Grok promotion, and normal training on the 1.127 client
04Live • player test

Taskmaster dungeon assignments

The verified runtime-zone navmesh fix is now live from the maintained D-drive source. Focused validation, all 77 server tests, and real D-drive dungeon-map loading pass; normal-player completion testing remains.

  • Instance zones now load their source dungeon's verified navmesh
  • Collapsed instances unload their runtime navmesh cleanly
  • Player test: complete, exit, repeat, and reward-test both layouts
05Artifact audit staged • restart pending

Single-group Artifacts & Master Levels

The full 62-Artifact catalog and its encounter dependencies have completed a referential audit. Normal configured Artifact difficulty and 50 missing realm-copy reward bindings across 15 verified historical bosses are staged for the next maintenance restart. All 33 ML1 bindings, the first 15 ML2 realm-copy bindings, and the scripted ML2.5 Chaths and ML2.6 Kanakht trials retain their single-group balance pass.

  • Historical Artifact bosses award one physical unactivated Artifact per completed encounter, to one eligible nearby group member, instead of duplicating it for every member
  • The staged named-boss pass preserves existing levels, positions, aggro, respawn, and ordinary loot while adding the missing encounter reward only
  • Arbiters will display and accept the real class path names—such as Battlemaster, Warlord, Perfecter, and Convoker—instead of two generic “Master Level” labels after the same restart
  • All Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia Hall of Heroes exits now converge on the same cooperative Oceanus arrival point, keeping mixed-realm groups together after leaving the scholar and Arbiter rooms
  • ML2 trials 2.1 Ata, 2.2 Shadow Reaver, 2.4 Rrionne, 2.5 Chaths, 2.6 Kanakht, 2.8 Amenemhat, and 2.10 Runihura are live across Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia copies
  • Chaths uses all 27 original chess actors: configure one King, Queen, Rook, Bishop, Knight, and Pawn with their historical successful orders, then interact with Chaths within 20 minutes
  • Kanakht requires one group to defeat the four distinct original statues within 20 minutes; repeated kills of the same statue cannot complete the trial, and each statue respawns in 15 minutes
  • Encounter qualification, individual progression, ML XP, and rewards remain enforced by the normal Master Level system
  • Scripted ML2 trials 2.3, 2.7, and 2.9 remain pending; ML3–ML10 still require authoritative restoration and validation
06Live • player test

Minotaur relic system

The complete 23-relic Labyrinth catalog is live with the original names and client models, cooperative self/group/realm effects, and one fresh group-scaled Guardian per relic. The unsafe shared-protector state and unrelated-effect cancellation paths are corrected.

  • The Release build completes with zero errors and all three focused framework tests pass
  • The live database has all 23 relics and 23 linked effects, and startup confirmed that all 23 loaded
  • The timestamped source, binary, configuration, and exact database rollback backup is complete; normal-player Labyrinth testing remains
07Recall fix live • player test

Housing services & guild market

The Breachers' Midgard mansion is live at lot 2212 with eight empty shared guild vaults, cross-realm guild-house access, a Guild House Recall Stone assigned to all 15 current members, full realm and housing-market travel, return-token hand-ins, an 80-item Market Explorer seed, guild-only free rent, corrected starter gifts, and all-rank invite access. The stone's activation repair is live and ready for normal-player testing.

  • Player testing exposed a silent recall-stone click: startup had rejected spell 90051 because the cumulative GameServer lacked its custom handler, and the database lacked the required Item Effects line link
  • The missing handler, spell type, and line mapping are now live; startup found the GatewayGuildHouse handler, the cumulative Release build completed with zero errors, and the focused registration test passed
  • Each stone now uses a 10-second cast to the mansion's outdoor jump point with a 30-minute reuse timer
  • The live PvE resolver permits Albion, Midgard, and Hibernian guild members to use the same Midgard guild house while retaining the traditional restriction on non-PvE servers
  • All seven original Midgard market teleporters now retain Personal, Guild, Hearth, the housing entrance, and all nine Midgard market-town destinations while also offering Jordheim and the complete all-realms server travel menus
  • Eight basement vaults provide all The Breachers members with view, deposit, and withdrawal access; no existing furnishing, character item, inventory slot, or equipment record was replaced
  • All 30 original housing token vendors and the seven market teleporters continue to accept valid return tokens
  • 80 unique live loot items are balanced across four realm categories and four drop-rarity price tiers from 750 gold to 10 platinum
  • All 29 verified level-5 class gifts, including Blessed Tyr Gloves and the three legacy archer promotion bows, are droppable and sellable with every other item flag preserved
  • All ten ranks of The Breachers can invite, with every other guild-rank permission unchanged
  • Ordinary player-house rent remains unchanged; backups and rollback are complete, and normal-player testing remains
08Live • player test

Heart of Agramon

The existing Labyrinth Lord Agramon remains linked to a guaranteed Heart drop, a 15-minute respawn, and a dedicated rechargeable group keep-door damage effect. A separate Lord Agramon encounter is live on Agramon island with the same guaranteed Heart reward; his pad height and the surrounding dry-sector water classification were corrected after live testing exposed an underground, unattackable spawn.

  • The Heart carries 10 charges with a five-minute group effect and 15-minute reuse timer
  • The item remains a boss reward rather than a merchant purchase
  • The Agramon-island copy is now raised above the encounter pad at Z 9600; visibility, combat, drop, charge, range, relog, and keep-door player testing remain
09Co-op zoning live • ToA behavior repair staged

Expansion restoration

Atlantis now uses its permanent 12-Djinn network with 45 unique routes across the three populated realm data copies. Every Djinn displays all nine Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia homeland destinations plus Personal House, Guild House, Hearth, and the three realm housing entrances. All static Atlantis doorways now send mixed-realm PvE groups to the same cooperative Hall, outdoor realm, haven, or linked interior instead of selecting a different physical copy for each character realm. The missing Afrit economy is live with four usable reforming currencies, verified elemental/Afrit drops, and Trogo encounter-loot exchange. The original teleporter stands, neutral Master Trainers, and level-35 Dreaded Seals remain in place. Catacombs, Darkness Rising, and Labyrinth still need additional story content, encounters, objects, merchants, and verified loot.

  • All 86 static Trials of Atlantis zone-point rows across 28 transition IDs were audited; the 27 realm-split transition IDs now have exactly one shared destination each
  • The Hall of Atlantis entrance converges on populated co-op region 71 and every Hall exit converges on shared Oceanus region 73
  • Cross-realm Djinn travel includes Camelot, Castle Sauvage, Snowdonia Fortress, Jordheim, Svasud Faste, Vindsaul Faste, Tir na Nog, Druim Ligen, and Druim Cain
  • Every Atlantis Djinn now has a Housing submenu for Personal House, Guild House, Hearth, Albion housing, Midgard housing, and Hibernia housing
  • Afrit restoration covers 102 existing tier-one elemental, Afrit, and Master Afrit spawns in the Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia Atlantis copies
  • Trogo offers 11 verified one-energy encounter pools, 12 verified five-energy pools, and the documented Sappers cooperative Atlantean Glass exchange; item conversion and multi-reward trades still need normal-player testing
  • Atlantis aggression audit complete: Azux Centaur is correctly hostile, and all 15 copies of the five original shark-route stablemasters are now passive service NPCs
  • A guarded behavior repair is staged for Kratos, Ibn, Agne's Constructor, Kanakht, and the six Talos healer statues; it also removes three overlapping Hibernian legacy duplicates without changing any other mob
  • Retest one Midgard and one Hibernia character through the same Hall, Stygia, Volcanus, and Aerus transitions and confirm both remain visible together
  • Realm trainer audit complete: all 47 advanced classes have class-specific catalogs, all 1,435 mappings resolve to loaded Realm Ability implementations, and 65 previously hidden expansion-class entries are restored
  • All four neutral Master Trainers serve Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia classes; modern rank costs remain enabled and class-specific RR5 abilities remain locked until Realm Rank 5
  • Finish Champion Level campaigns and add verified Labyrinth merchants and loot
10Ongoing

Quest restoration and testing

Every published quest now lists its assignment, steps, and exact rewards. Long Road support clutter is reduced from 63 NPCs to 15 Field Liaisons while all 37 affected quest references remain connected. The active catalog still needs normal-player playthroughs and additional era-appropriate retail quests.

  • Test all three realms and classes, including every Long Road chapter
  • Verify every reward and prerequisite
  • Publish each added or changed quest
11Full audit staged • restart pending

Artifact completion pass

All 62 Artifact definitions, 215 class/realm reward variants, 62 books, 186 scroll pages, unactivated tokens, progression rows, scholars, activation, and XP links resolve with no missing references. Every scroll page has at least one live loot source. The final encounter and item-data corrections are staged and require the next approved maintenance restart.

  • Fifteen verified historical targets—50 saved bosses across the three Atlantis copies—now have their missing single-Artifact encounter binding
  • Aphaestia's three bounty-credit merchants are removed so Artifact encounters cannot be bypassed; their exact NPC rows are retained in rollback backup
  • All unactivated Artifact tokens, scroll pages, completed books, and all six Dreaded Seal tiers have zero NPC resale value while normal Artifact handoff and turn-in behavior remains available
  • Enyalio's Boots now owns its previously mislabeled base progression row; no Artifact is missing progression metadata
  • The dedicated Ring of Fire route remains intact, and the generic expedition guardian remains available for Artifact objectives that do not have a safely recoverable single named boss
  • After restart, test named encounter reward, three-page combination, scholar activation, Artifact XP, relog, and persistence before marking the pass complete
12Active • testing

Mob level cleanup

Three guarded cleanup packs corrected 172 frontier guards, three ML1 targets, 89 starter and battleground spawn records, and 39 NPC templates. Intentional level-255 sentinels and encounter-effect objects were identified and left untouched.

  • Exact database backups and rollback scripts retained
  • All three packs passed isolated apply, verification, and rollback tests
  • The current GameServer started after the database changes; runtime con, quest, loot, and encounter testing remain
13459/481 live • full ToA water geometry staged

World navigation

All 481 runtime zones have been audited, with 459 verified meshes live. Exact probing showed that the reported Green Glades locations sit on valid polygons, but several Artifact camps occupy disconnected, elevated, or underwater terrain layers. The shared NPC-navigation correction is live. Continued player testing proved that Atlantis' single flat water plane was also classifying low dry desert and Artifact terrain as underwater, causing swimming animations, repeated movement correction, stuttering, breath loss, and drowning. A complete geometry-aware replacement is now compiled and staged: it uses the installed client's real rivers, lakes, oceans, coastal strips, and volcanic water shapes across all three outdoor ToA copies rather than guessing from elevation alone. The earlier bounded movement safeguards remain in place. New Frontiers region 163 deliberately uses direct movement fallback because its previous mesh lacked traversable geometry for elevated Agramon terrain. Agramon's client data also omits water from three central dry-land sectors while the server previously applied the island's Z 7919 ocean plane everywhere; those exact sectors are already excluded from swimming and drowning checks while the real outer ocean remains enabled.

  • The full Green Glades population audit covered 807 saved mobs plus four reported/current positions: 800/811 snapped directly, 806/811 snapped with the nearby search, all 811 found a wider surface, and 3,192/3,200 short local route probes passed
  • Underwater NPCs now bypass the land navmesh even when their imported spawn lacks the explicit swimming flag
  • Outdoor Atlantis NPCs now walk directly across small same-elevation mesh gaps; larger failed routes stop safely instead of teleporting or becoming damage-immune
  • The live player-movement fix carries a strictly bounded allowance across batched packets and resets suspicion after a clean sample; sustained excessive movement and true teleports remain protected
  • The staged ToA geometry repair passed 18 focused tests covering every reported Green Glades dry location, Stygia and Atum desert/river separation, both Aerus lakes, all five Oceanus maps, and the volcanic maps
  • The staged database migration and its rollback both passed against temporary copies of the exact 21 mob, 7 NPC-template, and 4 zone rows; live character, inventory, equipment, and quest data were never touched
  • The seven affected characters were moved to Sapper's saved safe location; health was restored only for the six who drowned, while inventories and equipment were untouched
  • No encounter or ordinary mob was blindly moved vertically; multi-level ToA terrain makes bulk Z-coordinate snapping unsafe
  • Every retained mesh passed native Detour loading; 22 zones are deliberately withheld after population, bind-point, placeholder, door-registration, or terrain-layer validation failures
14Complete • quarantined

Remaining spell reference

The final startup reference, item-effect spell 32140, came from an orphaned Flute of rebels template whose original effect was absent from every available historical database copy. The unusable charge was safely quarantined without changing any player item, inventory, equipment, quest, merchant, or loot record.

  • The complete item and spell-line rows plus a full pre-change database dump are preserved for rollback
  • Only the template's nonexistent charge and its orphan spell-line pointer were cleared
  • The live server restarted cleanly with zero error or fatal entries and both game ports verified
15Live core • visual fix staged

New Frontiers restoration

The complete cooperative New Frontiers restoration is live. It restores the missing populations and town services across all three realms, functional boat travel, twenty-one neutral main keeps that can be taken in PvE, a Lord Agramon encounter, and the correct New Frontiers seal behavior.

  • 7,790 restored public population rows join the 563 existing Agramon rows, covering all fourteen populated New Frontiers zones
  • Twelve boat stablemasters, twenty-four ticket routes, and 381 route points restore the original coastal boat network; eighteen routes pass the live dock-distance rule, while six routes at Cruachan Gorge, Uppland, and Forest Sauvage need the staged tolerance follow-up
  • All twenty-one main keeps load 471 verified old-layout components, exactly one Keep Lord per keep, and 26–34 defensive guard or patrol positions at the current keep level
  • Player testing exposed the bright white/blue fallback material produced when neutral realm zero is sent as the keep's texture realm. A display-only packet correction is compiled and validated across every supported keep packet path; all 21 keeps have verified original-realm assignments and will retain neutral, attackable server ownership
  • Lord Agramon is positioned at the Heart platform center at 524033,464239 and raised to Z 9600 after the terrain-height placement rendered him below the pad; combat and visual placement await player retest
  • The three client-defined dry sectors surrounding the Heart platform no longer inherit Agramon's Z 7919 ocean state, preventing land swimming and drowning without disabling the outer ocean
  • The eight-character test team was recovered together to the established Agramon arrival at 505453,478172,9110 without changing inventory or equipment
  • The eighty-four tower records remain withheld because this server build would incorrectly instantiate them as full keeps
  • Keep Lords and eligible frontier mobs retain Dreaded Seal rewards; Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire Darkness Falls seals are suppressed only in New Frontiers
  • The broken Agramon navmesh is preserved in a timestamped disabled location so elevated terrain no longer causes false unreachable targets; direct movement fallback is active
  • The live server restarted cleanly with its tested GameServer build, all structural checks passed, and full pre-change binary, source, navmesh, and database backups are retained
16Testing

Custom system testing

Run normal-player tests for Group Quest sharing, Sapheals' Power Font, scheduled XP and Champion XP bonuses, BP/RP seal rewards, and Taskmaster dungeons.

  • Verify eligibility and reward boundaries
  • Test relog and server-restart persistence
  • Record failures with character, zone, and time
