Current release

This hotfix uses tgame.dll when present, falls back to the launcher's game1127.dll, and can use game.dll as a final compatible option. Team launch now reloads saved membership, character-selection buttons refresh the DAoC window list, and Eight-Man Team Selection supports Driver, Tank2, Tank3, AOE, AOE2, AOE3, Heals, and Buffs headers. Existing personal settings, teams, scripts, pictures, panel positions, UI protection, and group-Accept settings remain protected during updates.

Clean public installation

The installer contains no private accounts, character names, passwords, teams, scripts, pictures, hotkeys, or mouse coordinates. New players begin with a blank profile and add their own information. With OneDrive enabled, personal scripts are stored under OneDrive\Documents\SappersHideout\Mojo Build Sappers Hideout\Scripts. Otherwise Mojo uses the same folder under the normal Windows Documents location. Team pictures are copied into each player's private Mojo data folder.

First installation

Mojo setup

Follow these steps once on each Windows PC.

  1. 1
Install the Sappers DAoC client first.

Use the all-in-one launcher from the Realm Access page and let it finish installing the game.

  2. 2
Install Rob's original Mojo build 335.

The Sappers build is separate, but it uses Rob's original compatibility components for background DAoC commands. Do not remove the original Mojo installation.

  3. 3
Download and run the Sappers setup.

The community build is not code-signed. Confirm the SHA-256 shown above before approving any Windows warning, then run Mojo Build Sappers Hideout Setup.exe.

  4. 4
    Keep both Mojo programs separate.

Accept the suggested SappersHideout install folder. Do not install it over Rob's original Mojo or inside the DAoC game folder.

  5. 5
    Set the DAoC folder.

In Mojo, open DAOC → Set DAOC options and select the Sappers client folder, normally:

    C:\DAOC-SappersHideout\Dark Age of Camelot
  6. 6
    Add each DAoC account.

Open Accounts → Menu → Add a DAOC account, enter the account details, and select Sappers as the server.

  7. 7
    Load every account once.

Enter each character once so Mojo and the DAoC client create the required local settings.

  8. 8
    Import the characters.

In All toons, choose Menu → Import toons from game files.

  9. 9
    Set each team role.

Open each toon and set Window name / role. The standard six-character order is Driver, Tank2, AOE, AOE2, Heals, Buffs.

  10. 10
    Create and launch the team.

Under Teams, place the leader first, save the team, and launch it. Account passwords are protected with that player's Windows account.

Mojo display setup

Adjust the DAoC interface scale

The scale is saved once per Windows PC and applies to every Sappers DAoC character on that PC.

  1. 1
    Open the scale controls.

In Mojo, choose Settings → Set DAOC client options. The current scale is shown as both a decimal and percentage.

  2. 2
Set an exact value while DAoC is closed.

Close every DAoC window, choose a value from 1.000 to 4.000, and click OK. For example, 1.500 means 150%.

  3. 3
Or adjust it while watching the game.

Launch a character and click Adjust live in DAoC…. Mojo brings DAoC forward. Click and hold the extreme upper-left corner of the game, drag down and right to enlarge the interface or back toward the corner to shrink it, then release when it looks right.

  4. 4
    Arrange the game panels.

Interface scaling changes the whole DAoC interface, including chat, inventory, group windows, quickbars, and maps. Move those panels into comfortable positions after choosing the scale.

  5. 5
    Recapture the group Accept position.

Invite one follower, place the invitation window where it should stay, point at Accept, then choose Geeky stuff → Menu → Capture group Accept position. Do this again after changing scale, resolution, fullscreen mode, or the invitation-window position.

What Script Maker can do

Included tools

Edit a main Mojo script and every file reached through its #Include lines, search the native Mojo command library, build actions visually, use Sappers team presets, check the complete project for broken commands and hotkey conflicts, capture fixed or percentage mouse positions, and keep automatic .bak copies when saving.

Clean public download

The ZIP contains only Script Maker, its instructions, and release notes. It contains no accounts, characters, passwords, personal scripts, pictures, or saved mouse coordinates.

Existing scripts

Open and edit scripts you already use

Script Maker opens the same scripts folder as Mojo. It prefers OneDrive Documents when OneDrive is enabled.

  1. 1
    Extract the downloaded ZIP.

Right-click the ZIP, choose Extract All, and open the extracted folder.

  2. 2
    Start Script Maker.

Double-click Sappers Mojo Script Maker.exe. Windows may ask you to confirm a community-built application.

  3. 3
    Open the main script.

Click Edit Mojo script… and select the main file Mojo already loads, for example:

    OneDrive\Documents\SappersHideout\Mojo Build Sappers Hideout\Scripts\SapperMain.txt

If OneDrive is disabled, use the same path under the normal Windows Documents folder.

  4. 4
    Edit included files when needed.

Click Included files… to open files reached by #Include, such as panel, character-selection, or team-action files.

  5. 5
    Check the complete project.

Click Check project. Fix reported problems before using the script in game.

  6. 6
    Save safely.

Use Save or Ctrl+S. Script Maker keeps the prior file as a .bak backup.

  7. 7
Load the main file in Mojo.

In Mojo's Hotkeys page, select the main script—not an individual included file—then test the buttons with the team in a safe area. After that, Mojo keeps the path ready even after the script is unloaded or Mojo is restarted.

New scripts

Build a new panel or hotkey file

Use the visual builder when you want to create a new set of actions without typing the full native Mojo format.

  1. 1
    Import the current team.

When available, Script Maker reads the Sappers Mojo team and orders the roles Driver, Tank2, AOE, AOE2, Heals, Buffs.

  2. 2
    Add or edit an action.

Choose a Sappers workflow preset or build the steps visually. Commands inside one Package run in order; separate Package blocks can run together.

  3. 3
Use the mouse helper when needed.

Click Mouse helper… to capture a DAoC position. Percentage clicks are best when players use different window sizes or resolutions.

  4. 4
    Save the editable project.

Save a .smojoproject copy if you want to reopen the action in the visual builder later.

  5. 5
    Export and test.

Export the generated .txt file, select it in Mojo Hotkeys, and test one action at a time before relying on it in combat.
